Anna Chevalier – Director

Anna has been employed for a decade by the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, working within road safety for both Corporate and Regional offices. During this time she identified, analysed, developed, implemented, managed and evaluated road safety policies, strategies, projects and programs. She has worked on behavioural, engineering, legal and strategic aspects of projects and programs. She was instrumental in the fixed digital speed camera program, breath alcohol interlock device program, and tyre deflation device trial and evaluation. She played a senior role in the development of the Problem Definition and Countermeasure Summaries, Action Plans underpinning the Road Safety 2010 strategy, and Southern Region 1-5 year road safety engineering and analyses programs.

Anna’s tertiary qualifications include a Diploma in Government Management; Research Honours in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education with majors in English and education, and minors in psychology (behavioural science) and linguistics; as well as an Associate Diploma in Adult Education (Community). Anna also has considerable experience as an educator and counsellor.

Aran Chevalier – Director

Aran has been employed as a Senior Developer at Fairfax Digital, Australia’s leading online news and classifieds. He was responsible for providing key software services to all Fairfax websites, including membership services, payment gateways, billing automation and e-newsletters. He provided these services within business requirements of 99.9% uptime, and sub-second response times to databases. His responsibilities also included liaising with key clients and stakeholders to develop detailed technical specifications for building websites and services. He managed the design and implementation of these websites and services, including applying quality assurance processes, and meeting time and financial constraints.

Aran was the Lead Developer of TradingRoom, a joint venture between Fairfax Digital and Macquarie Bank. In this position, he led and implemented the design, construction and maintenance of the financial website. This involved integrating Fairfax Digital’s existing financial data site with online share trading transactions of Macquarie Bank.

Aran’s initial tertiary education and employment was as a chemical and process engineer. He also has experience as an educator in the fields of mathematics (including statistics) and science. His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Graduate Diploma of Computer Science, and Graduate Diploma in Education.
